Please include photographic evidence of the damage including packaging, order number, full name, address, your email and contact number.
Returns policy is 2 weeks from date of postage. Unfortunately, any claims made after this time will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
As Ozzie’s Scents cannot take responsibility for any returns that go missing, we suggest that you request a proof of postage receipt.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
